Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Aurelo. Here's everything you need to know about how (and when) your order arrives.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We're not able to fulfill international orders at this time.

Free shipping

Free US shipping on all orders. No minimum—every order ships free within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.

Delivery time

Once shipped, most orders arrive in about 7–15 business days. You'll receive tracking information when your order leaves our fulfillment partners' warehouses so you can follow it along the way.

Delivery times can vary slightly depending on your location and carrier conditions. We'll do our best to keep you updated if anything looks delayed.

Where products ship from

Products ship from our fulfillment partners' warehouses. Your order may come in one package or, occasionally, in more than one if items ship from different locations. You'll get tracking for each shipment.

Tracking your order

A shipping confirmation email with tracking details is sent when your order ships.
Tracking may take a day or two to update after the label is created—that's normal.
If tracking stalls for several days or your package seems lost, email us at am1665@yahoo.com and we'll investigate.

Lost or delayed packages

If a package is lost or significantly delayed, we'll work with the carrier and either reship your order or refund you in full. Just contact us with your order number.

Incorrect or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge for re-shipment or issue a refund minus any non-recoverable shipping costs. Reach out as soon as you notice a mistake—we'll do what we can to fix it before the order ships.
