Aurelo is a small online shop based in the US. We look for practical home and kitchen finds: the kind of tool you reach for every day and wonder how you managed without.
We keep the selection small on purpose. Before we list something, we ask a few simple questions. Does it solve a real, everyday problem? Is it priced fairly compared with what you'd find elsewhere? Would we be happy to have it in our own kitchen or closet? If the answer is no, it doesn't go in the shop.
How your order gets to you
We work with fulfillment partners, and most of our items ship from warehouses in the United States. Each product page shows its own delivery estimate, so you know what to expect before you order. Shipping within the US is always free, and every order comes with tracking.
If something isn't right
You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return or refund. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you. You don't need to send it back.
